These Terms govern use of QTIV websites and digital products, including CONTROL. By accessing a website or purchasing or using a product, you agree to these Terms.

Products and information

QTIV creates publishing, media, educational, creative, and digital products. Product descriptions, features, pricing, and availability may change. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but typographical, technical, or pricing errors may be corrected.

Educational and creative-use disclaimer

QTIV and CONTROL provide educational workflows, creative planning systems, examples, and tools. They do not guarantee revenue, sales, advertising performance, ROAS, views, virality, employment outcomes, platform approval, or any other specific result. You remain responsible for your business decisions, claims, advertising, legal compliance, and use of third-party tools.

Licenses and intellectual property

Unless a product states otherwise, purchases provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchaser's permitted use. QTIV content, branding, frameworks, templates, designs, written material, graphics, and files may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded to shared libraries, sublicensed, or represented as your own product.

CONTROL Standard is intended for the purchaser's own business or projects. CONTROL Commercial may permit use of the framework to create original work for clients according to the license supplied with that product; the underlying QTIV/CONTROL files and templates may not be redistributed or resold.

Acceptable use

You may not use QTIV websites or products to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, interfere with site operation, scrape or reproduce protected materials at scale, or facilitate deceptive or unlawful activity.

Third-party services

QTIV may link to or rely on third-party platforms, including payment processors, commerce platforms, AI tools, social networks, hosting providers, and affiliate merchants. QTIV does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, output, or changes.

Payments and refunds

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Refund eligibility is governed by the QTIV Refund Policy and any additional product-specific terms displayed at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QTIV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the websites, products, third-party services, or reliance on educational material. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

QTIV may update these Terms as the business, products, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
